Beginners
For over 2 decades, we have helped hundreads of children increase their Discipline, Focus, and Self Confidence while teaching them how to defend themselves.
Our classes teach the skills of Mixed Martial Arts, with an emphasis on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Amateur Wrestling. Every training session features plenty of exercise, skill work, stretching & strength training, along with age appropriate self defense. We seek to not only impart the physical attributes associated with Mixed Martial Arts, but also the courtesy, respect, and assertiveness that goes hand in hand with the Martial Arts. We strive to help children apply the lessons they've learned on the mat into everyday life.
One on one & small group lessons are also available.
